This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using the LumiCodex Service. It supplements the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your Content and your use of the Service, which you use at your own risk.
1. Prohibited content
You must not upload, store, process, publish, or deliver content that:
- is or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance;
- is non-consensual intimate imagery, or violates a person's privacy or image rights;
- infringes intellectual property or other rights you do not hold;
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or hateful;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or serious illegal activity;
- contains malware or is designed to harm systems or users.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security or access controls;
- exceed or evade plan limits (storage, bandwidth, seats) or metering;
- access, scrape, or interfere with other customers' content or accounts;
- resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without authorization;
- overload, disrupt, or degrade the infrastructure (e.g. abusive automated traffic);
- use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications;
- misrepresent your identity or rights to content.
3. Your responsibilities
You must have all rights, consents, and releases needed for your Content, including for people depicted in your photographs, and you must comply with applicable law, including data-protection law, as the controller of that Content (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Enforcement
We may, with or without notice where appropriate:
- remove, disable, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate this AUP or the law;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- preserve evidence and report illegal content to competent authorities, and act on valid legal requests and trusted-flagger/notice mechanisms under the EU Digital Services Act.
Where practical and lawful, we provide notice and a way to contest enforcement actions; urgent or legally required actions may be taken immediately.
5. Reporting abuse
Report illegal content or AUP violations to support [at] lumicodex [dot] com with enough detail to locate and assess the content. We review reports and act as required.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP; material changes will be communicated where required.
